I lost over 16 pounds. It was difficult as I had to break my diet more often than I thought. You know, I believe that you need a vacation from time to time, your vacation needs a diet too. I give myself two days a week vacation from the diet, I can eat pasta, drink beer, etc. But one week in between I had five days off the diet and regained some weight, now I am nearly where I wanted to be.
I am down about 9 1/2 pounds now. I had 207.6 pounds also 10 days ago, but I took more vacation dates for the diet than I should have and the weight went back up over 210,
Yesterday I had in he morning 216.2 pounds, this morning only 213.8. This is a great improvement, esspecially the day before the the official start of the diet the weight was 217 pounds.
