Same weight today
I had two cups of coffee and two fried eggs for breakfast, like always. For lunch I had a can of Sardines in olive oil. I love cans of sardines in olive oil or in a Lousiana hot sauce for a snack in between. Two more cups of coffee with lunch. For dinner I had a grilled steak (about 10 oz.), it was difficult to grill in temperatures close to freezing. I know I live and Florida and should not complain, it is much colder up North! But before I moved to Florida everybody told me that there are no seasons here - that was wrong, it is cold, where are my loved 90 degrees??? But more about the food for dinner. I had a steamed artichoke for dinner, I dipped the lower part of the leaves in butter and was eating the center part. So far so good, but my wife and I shared a bottle of Cabernet Savignon and when she was eating almonds and dried fruit, I could not resist and had a dozen or two.
