I lost over 16 pounds
I lost over 16 pounds since February 7. It was difficult as I had to break my diet more often than I thought. You know, I believe that you need a vacation from time to time, your vacation needs a diet too. I give myself two days a week vacation from the diet, I can eat pasta, drink beer, etc. But one week in between I had five days off the diet and regained some weight, now I am nearly where I wanted to be.
I had 200 and 6/10 pounds today, I hope I reach a reading below 200 tomorrow morning to reach the goal in time for my daughters wedding. I started with 217 pounds, then tried a new tuxedo and looking into the mirror, decided I needed to loose weight. The South Beach Diet is the only diet that works for me - you never count calories, just avoid carbs.
